At Anantham Silks, we strive to ensure every weave brings you joy; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all authentic silk tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Anantham Silks account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the saree or ethnic wear is neatly folded in its original box with the invoice; our team will review your request based on the provided photos.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 24 to 48 hours.
Refund Processing
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
